Personal trainer based in Valbonne, Antibes, Sophia Antipolis and Mougins for over 20 years. English-speaking, STAPS-certified coach \u2014 I build programs that actually fit you. No generic plans, no BS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My journey (the fun version)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\ud83e\udd4b It all starts with a black belt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In 1998, I got my taekwondo black belt. That's when I understood something: physical training is 50% technique... and 50% mental. Without one, the other is useless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre 1999 et 2004, je passe ma Licence STAPS option Pr\u00e9paration Physique<\/strong> \u00e0 Nice, puis mon Brevet d’\u00c9tat des m\u00e9tiers de la forme<\/strong>. Autrement dit : je sais de quoi je parle quand je te fais faire des squats \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udfdd\ufe0f Holiday clubs: the school of real life<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

From 2004 to 2010, I ran sports programs at holiday clubs (Sportland, Go\u00e9lia, Framissima...). Body Sculpt, Gym Boxing, Step, Abs-Glutes... I did it all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cool part? I learned to make sports FUN. Because people on vacation doing sports at 9 AM means they're enjoying it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udf93 Trainer at the University of Nice (2010-2012)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For 2 years, I trained future sports coaches at the university in Nice. Mental coaching, physical preparation, the whole package. I love teaching... but I prefer being on the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcaa 12 years as Fitness Manager at Nautipolis Valbonne<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

From 2012 to 2024, I managed the fitness area at Nautipolis Valbonne. Team management, course innovation, safety, customer satisfaction... basically, I kept everything running.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My missions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Bring new energy (goodbye routine)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Create 10 events per year (because movement should be fun)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Boost customer satisfaction (and spoiler: it worked)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage teams of coaches<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    What did I learn? That every person is different. Some want to lose weight, others build muscle, others just feel better. My job is to adapt to YOU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Why do I do this?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Because I've seen too many people :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Give up because they're not seeing results<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Follow copy-paste programs that don't fit them<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Give up because they feel judged<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Believe that sports \"aren't for them\"<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Spoiler: sports are for everyone.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      But you need the right coach. Someone who listens, adapts, pushes you... without making you hate it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      That's exactly what I've been doing for over 20 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
